Responsibilities :
  • This role is responsible for the day to day support, maintenance, and optimization of the UKG Workforce Management system. The individual will manage core functions such as timekeeping, attendance, time off, and payroll support, ensuring that employee time data is accurate and aligns with business rules and compliance requirements. They will troubleshoot system issues, support manager workflows and web punching, and help maintain overall system stability.
  • A significant portion of the role involves hands on system configuration. This includes setting up and maintaining pay rules, accruals, attendance policies, and advanced scheduling configurations such as rotations and coverage. The individual will also manage security roles and permissions, perform system updates, and handle detailed configuration changes and cross references to ensure the system reflects current business needs.

This includes monitoring and troubleshooting interfaces, validating data using SQL, and ensuring accurate data flow between UKG and other platforms. In addition, the individual will provide support for timeclock hardware, including occasional onsite troubleshooting and maintenance.

They will gather requirements, translate business needs into system configurations and functional specifications, and communicate changes effectively to end users. The role also involves training and supporting users, collaborating with team members on system enhancements, and continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes and system performance.
Required Skills:
