Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Present a professional image as a representative of Amcor.
  • Support configuration of timekeeping, scheduling, and accrual rules within UKG Workforce Management (WFM) under guidance from senior analysts
  • Support data analysis and reporting by gathering, data to identify trends, scheduling issues, and labor-management opportunities.
  • Execute test scripts, validate system functionality during enhancements or new releases, and document issues for technical teams.
  • Ensures proper controls, practices, and version-controlled documentation are in place and commonly accessible to support the systems that assure data accuracy, reliability, and integrity.
  • Develop and maintain effective professional working relationships with the user community, Divisional and Divisional management, Information Management Systems (IMS), and other departments within Amcor.
  • Follow and promote all Amcor Global safety values and practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum completion of sophomore status in good standing pursuing a bachelor's degree in a course of study in Computer Information Systems, Computer Sciences, or Business Management, Human Resources.
  • Experience with HR systems (UKG Pro, Workday, etc) is a plus
  • Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Automate, other automation platforms
  • Analytical skills with the ability to perform data analysis, build basic visualizations and work with pivot tables
  • The ability to construct training materials and provide engaging end user training, both in-person and via web conference.
  • Ability to exercise strong judgment in analyzing, appraising, evaluation and solving problems of a difficult procedural, organizational, administrative, or technical nature.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
