We are seeking an experienced UiPath AI Technology Lead to drive solution architecture, quality, and delivery execution for complex enterprise automations. In this role, you will act as the primary technical authority, partnering with delivery leads and business teams to architect scalable UiPath and Agentic AI solutions.

salary: $42 - 52 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm

responsibilities:
  • Serve as the technical lead and authority on UiPath development standards, architecture, and governance.
  • Lead the design and implementation of intelligent automations incorporating Agentic AI capabilities.
  • Conduct code reviews, mitigate delivery risks, and establish reusable architectural patterns to accelerate delivery.
  • Collaborate with Agile teams, business analysts, and client leadership to ensure technical deliverables match core objectives.a

qualifications:

Advanced degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technology field.


10+ years of deep technical expertise in UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA).


Strong experience in building Agentic AI solutions and integrating them into enterprise workflows.


Proven leadership capabilities with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


Domain experience within the Health Payer industry.


Experience coordinating delivery across onshore and offshore development teams in an Agile environment.
