Summary
Working closely with the Product Owner and Manager, Digital Marketing and other cross-functional teams, the Product Specialist ensures the accurate representation, effective promotion, and optimal user experience of products and services on leehealth.org. The Product Specialist will collaborate with the Product Owner and web development team to manage the healthcare system's website. Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information, maintain product catalogs, and coordinate website content updates related to leehealth.org products and services. Along with working closely with the Product Owner, UX designers, and developers to improve the user experience of the healthcare system's website. Identify opportunities for user interface enhancements, seamless product browsing, and intuitive user flows.
They will research and determine the client's needs to determine which features to include on products and will pitch ideas for product features to stakeholders. The Product Specialist will conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer surveys to gather insights and identify opportunities for product enhancement. Ideal candidates for this position should be innovative, and web and multimedia savvy. Candidates should be familiar with a basic understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CRM Systems, Data Asset Manager Systems. and A/B Testing. Ultimately, the outstanding Product Specialist should have a firm grasp of the various digital touchpoints, steer our organization's digital narrative, and drive highly effective digital product campaigns.

Bachelor's Degree Required; Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication Science, User Experience (UX) Design, or equivalent.
