Horizon Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Behavioral Health for a travel nursing job in Centre Hall, Pennsylvania.

Travel RN Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assess, monitor, record and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions
- Maintain accurate patient reports and medical histories
- Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure the best possible care for the patients
Travel RN Job Requirements:
- Current Pennsylvania RN license or multi-state/compact license
- At least one year of nursing experience in behavioral health or related area
- Current CPR/BLS certification
