Established, growing St. Louis RIA seeks Estate Planning Attorney to
engage directly with UHNW clients across the country, providing expert advice and support in their estate planning needs.

  • Extensive client contact focused on customized estate planning, document review and addressing the specific needs of ultra-high net worth Family Office clients (100 MM to 1 B level)
  • Dive deep into complex estate planning issues, ensuring high-quality execution
  • Educate and mentor internal advisors on complex estate planning concepts, keeping them informed about new laws, client updates, and best practices.
  • Contribute to firmwide training sessions and internal presentations, regarding estate planning strategies and ongoing projects
  • Work extensively with wealth management team, including Partners, Senior Tax Advisors, Family Office Strategist, and the lead client relationship/engagement team
  • Focus is on client service, assisting in closing new business, with an opportunity to build equity for sourcing new business
  • 7+ years of drafting experience with a strong background in UHNW estate planning, IDITs, BDITs, SLATs, grantor trust, and estate tax issues
