Which is better Selenium or UFT?

For UFT automation testers, Selenium and UFT are both popular test automation tools; Selenium is open-source and widely used for web application testing, offering flexibility and cost-effectiveness, while UFT (Unified Functional Testing) is a commercial tool with built-in support for multiple environments and easier integration with other HP tools. The choice depends on project requirements, budget, and the testing environment, with UFT often preferred for enterprise-level testing and Selenium for open-source, cross-browser testing scenarios.

What are some typical challenges faced by UFT Automation Testers when integrating automated tests into continuous integration pipelines?

UFT Automation Testers often encounter challenges such as ensuring compatibility between UFT scripts and the CI/CD tools, managing test data for repeatable automation, and handling dynamic objects within the application under test. Additionally, maintaining stable test environments and resolving intermittent test failures can be time-consuming. Collaborating closely with developers and DevOps teams helps to streamline integration and address these issues effectively.

What is UFT Automation Testing?
