UFC GYM Largo is looking for a passionate and driven Fitness Manager to lead our team and inspire members to reach their peak performance. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily fitness floor operations and ensure an exceptional member experience
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of personal trainers and fitness staff
  • Drive personal training sales, revenue goals, and membership retention
  • Develop and implement fitness programs aligned with UFC GYM standards
  • Conduct fitness assessments, consultations, and goal-setting sessions with members
  • Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular evaluations
  • Ensure gym equipment is maintained, safe, and compliant with health and safety standards
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in fitness management or a related leadership role
  • Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
  • Proven track record in personal training sales and revenue generation
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • CPR/AED certification required
  • Passion for fitness, martial arts, and the UFC GYM brand
