Landmark Excavating, a premier heavy civil contractor based in American Fork, UT, is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our growing team.
We specialize in a wide range of projects, including public works, UDOT roadways, private developments, residential subdivisions, city parks, and underground utilities. With projects active across Salt Lake, Wasatch, Utah, and Washington Counties, we offer meaningful opportunities for professional growth in a supportive, family-oriented environment.
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, with a focus on underground utilities, grading, and roadway work.
  • Experience with HCSS and CPM scheduling (or similar project management systems).
  • Strong understanding of estimating, budgeting, and project tracking.
  • Proven ability to lead field crews and coordinate with superintendents.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive in problem solving.
  • Excellent communication skills with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors to meet specifications and deadlines.
  • Review and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications.
