This is a hybrid position located in Nashville, TN.

About your new role:

CommandLink is seeking an Executive Assistant, Events & Experience to serve as a trusted right hand to the C-suite while owning the in-person moments that shape how the company shows up, internally and externally. This is not a traditional calendar-and-travel EA role. You will split your time evenly between high-level executive support and hands-on event ownership, from meeting logistics to company offsites to client-facing experiences that leave a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage executive communications, calendars, travel, and meeting preparation for the C-suite.
  • Serve as a professional liaison between executives and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Own the planning and execution of internal events, including offsites, all-hands, team celebrations, and culture initiatives, from concept through post-event debrief.
  • Plan and deliver external and client-facing events, including executive dinners, VIP experiences, meetings, and leadership gatherings.
  • Manage event budgets, negotiate with vendors, and coordinate venues, catering, and logistics for events of varying scale.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, including planning, timeline management, stakeholder alignment, and progress tracking.
  • Develop project documentation, status updates, and summaries to support executive decision-making.
  • Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and follow-up documentation for leadership meetings and events.
  • Travel on-site as needed to execute events and support in-person leadership functions.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Takes on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the success of the team and organization.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience planning and executing corporate events, offsites, or client experiences from start to finish.
  • Strong project management experience, including organizing complex initiatives and driving them to completion.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience managing event budgets and vendor negotiations.
  • Familiarity with event planning platforms.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
