Job description

We are looking for an analytically minded product manager who is passionate about bridging the gap between technology and business. The ideal candidate balances strict security requirements with developer experience and demonstrates strong autonomy in communicating the product vision to stakeholders.

The role & the team:

You will join the IAM platform engineering team, whose main goal is to ensure secure, scalable, and consistent identity management across the company’s ecosystem. The team is responsible for defining the strategy and standardizing authentication and authorization mechanisms, collaborating closely with architects, backend engineering, and security teams.

What will you do:
  • Define and execute the Identity & Access Management (IAM) strategy and roadmap for the entire organization based on the prioritization of business, tech, and security needs.
  • Develop, standardize, and review authentication and authorization mechanisms (including SSO, MFA, RBAC/ABAC, machine-to-machine, and API authorization).
  • Define, optimize, and consult on identity lifecycle management processes and access reviews in collaboration with security departments.
  • Build security-by-design policy standards and monitor risks to ensure full platform compliance with audit and regulatory requirements (ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR).
  • Design simplified IAM integrations for product teams and oversee technical documentation and self‑service features to improve Developer Experience (DX).
  • Coordinate platform initiatives through close collaboration with backend, platform, and security engineering, and present the product roadmap to stakeholders.
Required skills:
  • Experience: minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in the IT industry, including a minimum of 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Authentication / Authorization, Security/Platform products and API security; proven experience in building a technical product roadmap and managing a platform used by multiple teams.
  • Languages: Polish, Anglish (B2/C1)
  • Tool Pro: strong knowledge of market mechanisms and standards (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, JWT, RBAC / ABAC, API security); basic knowledge of regulatory and audit requirements (ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR).
  • Soft Skills: highly developed communication skills, proficiency in communicating product vision, analytical thinking, and the ability to balance security needs, scalability, and developer experience.
  • Experience in organizations scaling product platforms and working in a cloud‑native / platform engineering environment.
  • Knowledge of popular market solutions (e.g., Keycloak, Auth0, Okta, Entra ID) and experience with Zero Trust Architecture.
  • Experience working with AI tools.
  • Strong business collaboration skills, including preparing business requirements and functional or technical specifications.
What your future teammates love the most:
  • Private LuxMed healthcare, free preventive check‑ups, spine‑relieving massages.
  • Budget for remote workstation equipment and gift vouchers.
  • On‑site buffet breakfasts prepared fresh daily.
  • Team‑building and family trips to a private lakeside resort.
