TNAA TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Behavioral Health for a travel nursing job in Portland, Oregon.

Job Description & Requirements

Behavioral Health RN 1:5
Required:
1 year
EPIC
Travel
BLS
Pending OR license

Patient Diagnoses:
Full spectrum of Psychiatric diagnosis in the adult population including Schizophrenia, Bipolar, Personality disorders, depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, etc.

Special Procedures/Unit Details:
We are a 33 bed (single room) acute adult psych unit within Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. Adults only. Admit patients from the EDs from the entire state of Oregon. Structured to meet the range of different acuities and behavioral. Acuity is high on the unit and all staff are trained and expected to be able to work in all different areas of the unit.
Physically able to go hands on with a patient if there is imminent need or risk of violence. All staff must follow our unit's protocols and policies related to patient care.

Special Equipment:
General medical floor equipment.
Physical locking restraints
Seclusion and restraint rooms and equipment
Humane wraps and hoverjacks and pumps
Verses- panic button system
 

EPIC Locals are $10 less/hr
