What You Will Do:

  • Build strong customer relationships: Develop long-term partnerships with contractors, surveyors, and construction professionals while identifying opportunities to improve their operations through technology solutions.
  • Drive positioning and UAV sales growth: Develop and execute sales strategies for GNSS, machine control, UAV, and related technology solutions throughout your assigned territory.
  • Serve as a technology resource: Stay informed on positioning, UAV, and construction technology trends while helping customers understand how these solutions can improve productivity and profitability.
  • Conduct demonstrations and field support: Coordinate and participate in equipment demonstrations, field trials, and customer training activities at job sites.
  • Partner with industry-leading manufacturers: Collaborate with TOPCON, Wingtra, and Inspired Flight while serving as a key resource for customers and internal teams.

What You Will Need:

  • Sales experience and relationship-building skills: Previous sales experience or training is preferred.
  • Technical aptitude: Knowledge of GNSS, UAV, machine control, surveying, or construction technology solutions is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, manufacturers, and internal teams.
  • Excellent customer service skills: A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term relationships.
  • Tech savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, computers, and emerging technologies while continuously learning new products and solutions.
  • Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
