StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Program Analyst of Logistics to support an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Program Office in Patuxent River, MD. The Senior Program Analyst of Logistics will provide program management and logistics support, maintenance data analysis, and lifecycle sustainment support throughout the acquisition, operation, maintenance, and sustainment of UAV systems and equipment. Serve as conduits for information, coordination, and data collection between all the stakeholders, including the Uniformed organizations, operational units, TYCOMs, and the PMA. The Senior Program Analyst of Logistics duties include but are not limited to the following requirements.
Essential Job Duties
  • Serve as the logistics program analyst for assigned UAV requirements, coordinating with Government, contractor, maintenance, supply, transportation, and program personnel to resolve issues and meet program objectives.
  • Manage and analyze the aviation logistics lifecycle, including acquisition, inventory, maintenance support, transportation, shipment, receipt, accountability, transfer, and disposition of equipment, parts, and Government property.
  • Collect, validate, integrate, and analyze program, maintenance, logistics, supply, and shipping data to track requirements, schedules, readiness, performance, trends, risks, and resource constraints.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, reports, and briefings that provide leadership visibility into program status, equipment readiness, maintenance, material availability, inventory, and logistics performance.
  • Support logistics planning, forecasting, program reviews, readiness assessments, and acquisition activities through data analysis, performance reporting, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements through automation, data integration, standardized reporting, and improved data-management practices.
  • Coordinate and integrate multiple logistics, maintenance, supply, transportation, and program activities while applying Government requirements for documentation, change control, configuration management, and data management.
  • Communicate effectively with Government and contractor personnel to analyze requirements, assess impacts to cost, schedule, performance, and readiness, resolve issues, and develop solutions.

Experience Requirements
  • Candidate must have approximately Ten or more (10+) years of experience supporting Department of Defense aviation logistics, acquisition, sustainment, program management, program analysis, or related programs.
  • Experienced with Aviation Logistics with an understanding of TYCOM, WING, MALS dynamics.
  • Experience with NALCOMIS, Deckplate, Tableau desired.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
OR
  • Associate Degree plus Two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree

  • Four (4) years years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
Security Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

The estimated base salary range for this position is between $108,000.00 -$132,000.00. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates level of knowledge, education, experience and skill sets. Eligible part-time employees are able to participate in the 401(k) retirement plans and may be eligible for state or contract required paid time off programs.
