Summary of Job Duties:Office support for the Economics & Management departments: Work with Department Chairs and Admin Supervisors. Serve as first point of contact/reception, answer multi-line phone system, order office supplies, room reservations, etc. Faculty support and departmental reporting: assist departmental faculty with clerical support, prepare departmental textbook adoptions and orders, provide commencement support, and help prepare annual reports. Process Workday transactions (travel, requisitions, etc.) and save electronic copies of paperwork for departmental accounting records.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job function of this job, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma

At least three years of experience in a specialized or related area applicable to work performed

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel

Detailed and customer service-oriented person with strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task

Customer service experience

Experience using Workday

Event management experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
