Summary of Job Duties:
The Student Engagement Coordinator is a part-time, hourly role that supports the Office of Entrepreneurship & Innovation (OEI) by connecting students to programs, events, and opportunities in entrepreneurship. This role manages student outreach, coordinates meetings and events, and helps track engagement from initial interest through participation in OEI programs. The Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring students have a clear, organized path into OEI and a positive experience as they get involved.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience using basic technology tools (Microsoft Office, Zoom, etc.) and willingness to learn platforms such as Airtable and HogSync
  • Experience in communications, student recruitment, marketing, or event management

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed college coursework in a related field (business, communications, education, or similar).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's):
  • Knowledge in entrepreneurship, innovation, or student programming
  • Knowledge with tools such as Airtable, HogSync, or similar systems
