Summary of Job Duties:
The Lead Ambassador will assist the Program Manager with facilities maintenance and operating systems. The will lead and mentor a small team of Parking Ambassadors in daily responsibilities which includes but is not limited to customer service, parking enforcement, lot counts and equipment maintenance. The Lead Ambassador will report to the Program Manager.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 5 years experience to include 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Valid Arkansas Driver's License
  • Basic working knowledge of hand tools

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree
