Job description

About Integrant

For more than 34 years, Integrant has designed and delivered advanced business solutions for U.S. enterprises across biotech, medical devices, manufacturing, finance, and other highly regulated industries. Our teams bring deep expertise in software engineering, AI, Agentic solutions, data engineering, machine learning, cloud, and digital transformation. We build long-term client partnerships by solving critical business problems with measurable outcomes.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Business Development Representative (BDR) to engage qualified U.S. prospects and help turn early interest into high-quality sales opportunities.

You will be the first commercial conversation for prospects generated through Integrant’s marketing activity. Your role is to understand the prospect’s context, communicate relevant value, assess fit, and create a strong next step with the appropriate technical and commercial stakeholders.

This role requires strong communication, curiosity, persistence, and the ability to build natural rapport with U.S. business and technology leaders.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond promptly to marketing-qualified leads and engage prospects through personalized email, LinkedIn, phone, events, and follow-up conversations.
  • Research target accounts, industries, and buyer roles to ensure each interaction is relevant and informed.
  • Communicate Integrant’s value proposition across AI, Agentic/ADLC, data, cloud, and digital-engineering services.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand business priorities, technical challenges, current initiatives, decision process, timing, and fit.
  • Qualify leads against agreed criteria and convert suitable prospects into sales-qualified opportunities.
  • Schedule high-quality meetings for leadership, sales, and technical SMEs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including account details, activity, qualification notes, next steps, and lead status.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Lead to provide feedback on lead quality, buyer questions, messaging gaps, and recurring objections.
  • Represent Integrant professionally in client meetings, industry events, and relevant networking opportunities.
  • Travel for client meetings and events as required, estimated at approximately 5–6 trips annually.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B business-development, lead-qualification, inside-sales, SDR, BDR, or client-facing commercial experience.
  • Excellent spoken and written English; able to communicate naturally and confidently with U.S. prospects.
  • Experience engaging warm inbound, event-generated, referral, or marketing-qualified leads.
  • Strong discovery, listening, rapport-building, follow-up, and qualification skills.
  • Ability to explain complex services in simple, customer-focused language.
  • Familiarity with software, IT services, digital transformation, AI, data, cloud, or technology consulting is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of CRM discipline and lead-management processes.
  • High energy, resilience, emotional intelligence, curiosity, and professionalism.
  • Comfort engaging U.S. business and technology stakeholders and building culturally natural relationships.
  • Based in San Diego or able to work from San Diego and travel to customer meetings as needed.

Nice to Have

  • Experience qualifying enterprise or mid-market technology buyers.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar sales tools.
  • Experience supporting B2B campaigns, webinars, events, or account-based marketing activity.
  • Familiarity with MEDDICC, BANT, SPICED, or another lead-qualification framework.
  • Existing network in San Diego, Southern California, or the broader U.S. technology market.
