General Production - Night ShiftCome join the Tyson Team at Grannis, Ar. Start pay for hourly production $16.75 an hour, and yield incentive for debone. Night Shift will receive a $.35 Shift premium. Benefits Include: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Stock purchase 401K (Retirement) package Scholarship program ESL (English second language), GED Classes paid for you Opportunities for advancement within the company.Job Description:
  • Must be available to work overtime and weekends if required.
  • Applicants will be considered for openings in any department that may include, but not limited to, First Processing, Packing and Deboning.
  • These positions require standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing pulling, gripping, and reaching.
  • These positions also require repetitive wrist, elbow, and shoulder movements.
  • Some positions require lifting 40 to 70 pounds.
  • These positions work in a cold, damp to hot and humid environment with slippery surfaces.
Requirements:
  • Applicants must be able to work with others to adhere to Tyson's safety culture. If an applicant meets the minimum requirements for consideration, they may be contacted for a visit to the facility.
  • Prior Employee Waiting Period: If you were previously employed at Tyson, there's a 180-day waiting period before you can reapply.
  • Applicants who have worked for Tyson Foods 3 or more times are not eligible for rehire.
