Western Mercantile Agency, Inc. is seeking a professional and dependable Clerical Support team member.


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in touch-typing and multi-line phone systems
  • General computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly

Primary Responsibilities (following training):

  • Answering and directing calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Utilizing computer systems for a variety of clerical tasks
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Scanning and maintaining electronic documents
  • Accepting payments and issuing receipts to consumers
  • Assisting with account-related tasks as assigned


Schedule:
Full-time position, 40 hours per week
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.


Compensation:
Starting pay is $16.62 per hour, with eligibility for a wage increase following the probationary period.
