This role operates within a telehealth framework, where state-of-the-art technologies facilitate virtual consultations, therapy sessions, and group meetings. • Deliver direct mental health treatment including screening, evaluating, diagnosing mental health disorders, and developing individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Conduct age-appropriate psychotherapy sessions and maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment progress.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions for children, families, and multi-family units, utilizing psychoeducational tools and engaging group processes.
• Provide or coordinate case management services, ensuring a multi-systemic support approach for clients and their families.
• Maintain effective communication with families and support networks, collaborating with professionals from childcare, education, and child welfare systems.
• Stay current on best practices by participating in training and continuing education opportunities, attending clinical supervision monthly, and adhering to ethical guidelines.
• Utilize electronic medical record systems efficiently to manage a large caseload and ensure up-to-date client information.

Your work will impact various client demographics, including children, adults, and families facing challenges related to mental health and substance use. You will be instrumental in understanding their unique developmental needs and adapting your therapeutic approaches accordingly. Engagement with community partners, school professionals, and other stakeholders is critical to building a robust support network around each client.

• A master’s or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited program.
• An independent license in the state of Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required.
• Strong typing and computer skills for record-keeping and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in the context of electronic communications.

• Experience in mental health counseling and a demonstrated passion for influencing lives through improved behavioral health care.
• Familiarity with remote therapy practices and electronic health record systems.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently while maintaining high-quality patient care.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications.
