  1. Two person practice, could have a 4 person group
  2. Physician retired, step into a full practice
  3. Experienced or new grad
  4. Must be able to do Thyroid biopsies
  5. Not willing to sponsor a visa
  6. 4 exam room
  7. Hiring 2 APPs to assist
  8. Can use Hospitalist, both physicians currently love going to the hospital
  9. See 25 patients per day
  10. EMR: Athena
  11. Office lab: blood sugars & A1C, everything else goes to Providence lab then to LabCorp, results next day or same day
  12. Biopsies: thyroid in-office
  13. 45% Medicare, 50% Commercial, 5% Medicaid
  14. On hospital campus, walk indoors to hospital
  15. Call:  2 weeks on/2 weeks off
  16. Need to be able to do inpatient and outpatient
