Job description

Occupational Therapist (OT/ OTR) - Full Time in Lebanon, Ohio - Offering SIGN ON BONUS!

Broad River Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist / OTR to join our Lebanon, OH Skilled Nursing Facility. Position is a full time split between our 2 skilled nursing facilities. Drive time & Mileage paid when driving between the two facilities!

  • Full time: 4-5 Day Work Week, 30-40 hours/week
  • Sign on Bonus Offered

As an Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate and treat residents, under orders from a physician, using a variety of occupational therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident’s life.


Qualifications:

  • Occupational Therapy license in state of employment
  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
  • 1 year of experience preferred.
