Key Requirements:
  • Overseeing vessel discharge operation involving bagged cement at a busy port terminal, hatch operations, directs cargo flow, and ensures safe, efficient coordination between crane operations, forklifts, and trucking teams.
  • Supervise hatch discharge operations during vessel offloading
  • Coordinate crane drops and forklift movement of bagged cement
  • Ensure safe handling and stacking of cargo on dock or warehouse
  • Direct workflow between ground crew and equipment operators
  • Maintain compliance with port safety and TWIC requirements
  • Prior hatch foreman or port operations experience required
  • Experience handling bagged commodities strongly preferred
  • Valid TWIC card required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
