Job Summary 
The Kids Club Attendant is responsible for providing a safe and engaging environment for children at the club. This role supports supervising children, ensuring their safety, and facilitating fun and creative activities that promote learning and development. The Attendant will foster a positive, playful atmosphere while ensuring parents feel confident their children are in capable hands. 
Reporting Structure 
         Reports to the Director Kids Club  
Day to Day
    Must be courteous and exercise tact and diplomacy when dealing with the members/guests and their children. 
    Connect with members regularly and promote club/children's activities, including warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells by engaging with each member's family in the facility. 
    Promote the youth/day care center amenities, programs, and the club while maintaining a high level of professionalism and service. 
    Show professionalism and willingness to coordinate activities and programs with the children appropriately based on age, interests, etc. 
    Must monitor and actively always participate with children. Children must be under constant supervision by childcare attendants. 
    Must have the ability to deal appropriately with problem behaviors of children in the youth/day care center. 
    Assisting children with any help needed including serving lunch or dinner with drinks. 
    Must ensure the cleanliness of the youth/day care center. 
    Ensure that daily assignments are completed in their designated areas to uphold Club standards and maintain orderly and organized workspaces, arranging the entry area, and clearing any trash or debris. 
Additional Duties 
    Due to the dynamic nature of the club, employees are expected to assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management.   
    Follow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions.  
    Maintain a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence in interactions with members, colleagues, and staff. 
    Follow safe working practices, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and encouraging others to do the same. 
    Take the initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain any required certifications relevant to your role. 
    Address and resolve challenges using available resources, working with regional and corporate teams to support club operations. 
    Attend daily briefings and actively engage in required activities to stay informed and contribute to the team's success. 
About You
Required 
    A high school diploma or equivalent. 
    Basic first aid and CPR certification to ensure child safety. 
Preferred 
    Previous experience working with children in a day care, camp, or educational setting is highly desirable. 
    Experience in child supervision, activity planning, or youth programs is a plus. 
    Familiarity with health and safety protocols for childcare environments. 
    Interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and fellow staff. 
    Ability to manage and engage a group of young children in fun, age-appropriate activities. 
    Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with children of various ages. 
    Ability to remain calm and attentive in a fast-paced or sometimes noisy environment. 
    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure a safe and structured environment for the children. 
Physical Requirements 
    Engage in physical activities with children, frequent sitting, standing, walking, and driving. 
    Occasional exposure to temperature changes, dust, fumes, or gases. 
    Squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, and bending. 
    Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. on occasion. 
    Talking, hearing, and seeing.

    Toys, games, craft supplies, educational materials, etc.  
    Phone, TV, computer, tablet, etc. 
    First aid kits, emergency supplies, cleaning supplies, etc.  
Work Schedule  
    Adherence to attendance requirements as outlined in the weekly schedule. 
    Flexibility to work additional hours as needed to meet position deadlines. 
    Availability to work on weekends and/or holidays as required.
