Job description

The Account Coordinator assists Account Executives (AEs) and the National Sales Manager with overall marketing and promotions coordination efforts. Duties include but are not subjected to being the liaison between Sales, Finance, Production & Activations departments.

ABOUT YOU:

The ideal candidate must be able to deal with a variety of strong and dynamic personalities. This is a demanding position in a high pressure and fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who can work independently while also being part of a team environment. Important traits include: communicative, resourceful, innovative, collaborative and detail oriented.

JOB RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Enter, Review, and Revise Orders & provide Traffic department with instructions as well as spot(s)
  • Manage preemptions
  • Request Inventory updates for Makegood Offer
  • Research rating point equivalent
  • Offer Makegoods
  • Follow through with AE for Makegood approval
  • Confirm/Process orders/Makegoods in Wide Orbit, EPort, AE Inbox and Katz Media Group
  • Request copy points, logos, and/or images, and prizes from client to production
  • Coordinate in-station executions as well as manage station events & client remotes when needed
  • Pull Revenue, Competitive, & Historical Reports from various Sales applications to help Sales team
  • Enter missing copy & production requests through VCreative
  • Update the various Sales trackers
  • Create PowerPoint Event recaps for clients after on-site events in a timely manner.
  • End of month invoices reconciliation. Co-op process may include translations of TV/Radio scripts.
  • Research paperwork for credit memos
  • Sales Back-up when/as needed

YOU HAVE:

  • 1-year minimum experience in tangible or intangible sales preferred
  • Detail oriented & strong organizations skills
  • Good Customer Service
  • Strong Verbal and written English language communication skills
  • Able to work in multi-task work environment
  • Computer skills including Windows 200/XP, Powerpoint, Excel and Word required
  • Fluent in Spanish (read and write)
  • This position is located at our Dallas office and requires you to work onsite. We value in-person collaboration -you'll be an important part of our team at the office!

SALARY RANGE

Base Salary- $47,000-52,000 + Benefits. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position.
