Our goal is to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of music reporting to performing rights organizations and interested parties worldwide. By doing so, the team supports royalty distributions, publishing revenue, and helps maintain compliance with industry reporting requirements.

  • Review quarterly promo reports and create music video cue sheets to submit to the Performing Rights Organizations (PROs).
  • Review, edit, and approve domestic and international cue sheets as assigned.
  • Review, edit, and approve Parks & Resorts cue sheets.
  • Research songs, music rights, and interested party information to support cue sheet preparation and reporting.
  • Locate and provide cue sheets for owned, acquired, and licensed content, supporting a high volume of requests from internal teams, PROs, and external interested parties.
  • Coordinate the transfer and retrieval of assets from physical archive storage.
  • Handle various administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of professional experience
  • College degree and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • General music industry knowledge (music publishing, licensing, and performing rights).
  • Familiarity with cue sheets and music reporting workflows preferred.
  • Soundmouse, RapidCue, or other automated cue sheet program experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated research and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable working with technology and able to learn new systems, databases, and workflows quickly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Resourceful problem-solver with the ability to resolve routine issues and seek guidance or escalate as needed.
  • Ability to manage assigned priorities and deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
  • Must be available to work onsite 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday). Fridays are remote with flexibility to work onsite as needed.

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $51,000 to $66,000 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs.
