Job description

CogniTutor is hiring part-time contract tutors to provide academic support to K–12 students.

Interviews are self-scheduled and required to move forward.

What You’ll Do

  • Tutor students 1:1 or in small groups
  • Follow expectations set by our partner agencies
  • Use required assessments to determine instructional levels
  • Submit brief session notes with required data


What We’re Looking For


  • Strong skills in math, reading, or both
  • Reliable availability (minimum 3 hours/week)
  • Comfortable using Zoom and basic technology
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Reliable transportation for in-person roles
  • Experience tutoring or working with students preferred
