The employee performing the duties of this position is frequently required to walk, sit, talk, hear, bend, stoop, and reach. The employee may be occasionally required to manually lift, move, or carry up to 50 pounds. The employee is required to interact with staff and meet the demands of several different people. The employee is responsible for the work output of others. The employee occasionally works extended hours. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Works within the supervision of the building principal and instructional coach
  2. Works with students in small groups to implement intervention and/or enrichment in Math, Literacy, or Behavior
  3. Assists staff in the organization, location, compilation and distribution of intervention materials.
  4. Communicates effectively with appropriate staff regarding students' progress.
  5. Maintains accurate student data for record keeping purposes needed by appropriate staff.
  6. Attends appropriate trainings and meetings as needed.

Term of Employment: 9 Months
Salary Range: Level 4 $16.38 - $17.38
Evaluation Frequency: Job performance will be evaluated a minimum of 1 time per year.
