We handle the day-to-day work so that client school boards can focus on governance and policy issues to be sure that the vision and mission of the school are being carried out properly.


American Leadership Academy - Johnston is now accepting applications for Math Teachers for the 2026-2027 school year. Candidates must be willing to undergo a background check.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Design and implement a mathematics curriculum that covers key concepts and skills appropriate for the grade level and aligns with state and national standards.
  • Develop detailed lesson plans that include clear objectives, instructional strategies, and assessment methods.
  • Incorporate a variety of instructional materials and resources to support diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Teach math concepts and skills through engaging and effective methods, including lectures, hands-on activities, group work, and technology integration.
  • Facilitate lessons that promote problem-solving, critical thinking, and mathematical reasoning.
  • Use real-world examples and applications to make math concepts relevant and interesting to students.
