The coach uses personalized strategies and tools to help students become more independent and successful in their academic and everyday lives. Sessions may include goal setting, creating routines, managing assignments, and building problem-solving skills.

They often communicate with parents, teachers, or other support staff to ensure a consistent approach and monitor progress. This role requires patience and adaptability, as each student may need a tailored plan and ongoing encouragement to build lasting executive function skills.
