About the Role

This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in the legal field. The role is based in a call center setting and is highly phone-focused. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring a professional and positive experience while gathering essential case information for our attorneys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential clients primarily via phone, as well as email; make and receive a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
  • Collect and document case details to determine eligibility based on firm criteria.
  • Manage the initial stages of client relationships with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication.
  • Utilize case management software to maintain accurate and detailed records.
  • Perform administrative and data-entry tasks as needed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, call center environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong customer service and verbal communication skills; comfort with heavy phone usage throughout the workday.
  • High attention to detail in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Basic administrative experience preferred (not required).

Compensation
  • Hourly Rate: $23 per hour base pay with annual increases of $2.00 through your third work anniversary.
