About the Role
This role is ideal for individuals seeking to build or grow their career in a professional office or legal environment. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience while supporting attorneys, staff, and leadership with essential administrative functions across a fast-paced practice.
Key Responsibilities
  • Warmly greet clients and visitors upon arrival and connect them with the appropriate team member.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • File cases using online systems and support general office filing needs.
  • Assist in processing Social Security applications and other case-related tasks.
  • Perform a variety of clerical duties, including scanning, emailing, faxing, and data entry.
  • Communicate with attorneys and staff across firm locations in three states.
  • Assist attorneys, support staff, HR, Partners, and the Executive Assistant as needed.
  • Restock breakroom snacks and maintain overall office tidiness.
  • Support special projects and complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of receptionist or front-office experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a professional phone manner.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to timely completion of tasks.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable collaborating with multiple departments and staff levels.

Compensation
  • Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
