About the Role

This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in the legal field. As a Pre-Hearing Case Manager you will play a key role in supporting attorneys and clients throughout the Social Security Disability process, ensuring exceptional service and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone and email.
  • Assist attorneys with pre-hearing case preparation.
  • Communicate regularly with Social Security offices.
  • Guide clients through paperwork and documentation requirements.
  • Maintain accuracy and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Social Security Disability procedures and related medical issues.
  • Utilize legal management software effectively.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed.
  • Uphold the highest level of professionalism in all interactions.
