About the Role

We are currently seeking an entry level Turkish Speaking Personal Injury Paralegal to join our Manhattan, New York office and provide clerical and administrative support to our team there. This position will be full-time in our NYC office.

You Will:

  • File, organize and draft legal documents using Smart Advocate and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning documents, mailing documents, and filing.
  • Answer phone calls and handle inquiries from clients and vendors.
  • Maintain calendar and schedule for your assigned attorney.
  • Prepare various correspondence including letters to clients, insurance companies, defendants/trusts, etc.
  • Draft and format legal pleadings (Bills of Particulars, Demands and Responses)   
  • Conduct case investigation and research. 

You Have:

  • Fluency speaking Turkish
  • experience using Microsoft office.
  • 2+ year experience working as a paralegal at a law firm.

Salary Range: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
