Trump National Doral Miami is seeking an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to help lead the daily maintenance and operations of the world-renowned Gold Course golf course. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to one of golf's most iconic venues and be part of a world-class agronomy team dedicated to excellence.
We're thrilled to announce that Trump National Doral will be hosting a PGA Tour Signature Event once again. The PGA Tour has officially added a new tournament, provisionally titled the Miami Championship, scheduled for April 30 to May 3, 2026, returning to the Blue Monster course after a decade-long hiatus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Superintendent in overseeing daily maintenance of the Gold Course golf course and surrounding grounds, including practice facilities and landscaped areas.
  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring agronomic practices, including mowing schedules, chemical applications, irrigation, and pest/disease management.
  • Provide supervision, training, and development of grounds staff to promote team engagement and continuous improvement.
  • Take a leadership role in crew management and communication, ensuring high standards of execution.
  • Monitor and adjust irrigation systems for optimal turf health and water efficiency.
  • Collaborate with equipment technicians to ensure proper use and care of machinery.
  • Support recordkeeping including chemical applications, weather data, and labor reports.
  • Assist with tournament preparation-including the upcoming PGA Tour event-and special events to ensure flawless course presentation.
  • Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
  • Pesticide Applicator's License or ability to obtain within 90 days.
  • Committed to ongoing professional development and advancement.
