The Golf Course Superintendent is responsible for the overall management and maintenance of the golf course to ensure optimal playing conditions and aesthetic appeal. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Horticulture, Turfgrass Management, or a related field.
  • Paspalum experience preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in golf course maintenance or turf management.
  • Strong knowledge of turfgrass science, pest management, and irrigation systems.
  • Ability to manage a team and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate maintenance equipment safely.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Golf Course Superintendent (CGCS) designation or equivalent certification.
