Russell Landscape is seeking a detail-oriented, self-starting Horticulture Spray Technician for our Nashville branch. In this role, you'll perform targeted plant health care applications, monitor landscape health, and help keep our commercial properties thriving-all while emphasizing safety, precision, and professionalism.
A valid Tennessee Category 03 license is required.
Your Daily Impact
• Apply horticultural chemicals-including insecticides, fungicides, and plant growth regulators-safely and accurately to ornamental plants and landscape beds.
• Calibrate, operate, and maintain spray equipment with expert care.
• Diagnose landscape issues by identifying insects, diseases, nutrient deficiencies, and environmental stress.
• Maintain detailed and accurate application records and property notes.
• Read, understand, and follow all pesticide labels and application instructions.
