Overview

We are currently hiring for positions in AL, AZ, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, KY, MI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, and WI. This is a remote position with an expected start date of 7/17/2026. Work schedules for this role are variable and may include evenings, weekends, and/or 4-day workweeks.
Responsibilities
  • Manage live inbound calls and scheduled appointments using a consultative, needs-based approach
  • Use an optimized sales script and structured call framework to confidently guide conversations
  • Build trust quickly and guide clients through our enrollment process
  • Overcome objections with confidence, empathy, and integrity
  • Follow our structured process designed to close on the first call
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
  • Collaborate with managers and leadership for ongoing coaching and development

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role
  • Call center or collections experience is a plus
  • Strong phone presence with persuasive, professional communication skills
  • Goal-oriented, competitive mindset with a desire to win
  • Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Coachable, adaptable, and motivated to grow within a high-performance culture

Compensation Information
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with FL law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. Base rate for position starts at $32,240 annually. Role is eligible for uncapped commissions which bring total average compensation your first year to $45,000 - $137,409 annually.
