  • The Role:

    This is an On-Site Full-Time Hourly Employment in the Turbocharger Department - Teardown, this position will work in disassembling, assembling, cleaning, and preparing turbo charger components. This position will allow you to have a direct impact on the success of the company.

    What You’ll Do:
  • Disassembling, assembling, cleaning, and preparing turbo charger components
  • Package and prepare turbochargers for shipment per customer specifications
  • Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality and accuracy
  • Interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and work instructions
  • Collaborate with team to meet daily production and delivery goals
  • Maintain safety standards, use PPE, and keep workspace clean and organized
  • Crosstrain across functions as needed
  • Represent the company professionally and perform additional duties as assigned

  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in basic math, English reading/writing, using computers & tech tools.
