As a member of the North Star Trenchless team, you'll have the opportunity to explore a variety of roles including: Laborers, Equipment Operators, Superintendents, and Project Managers. Your day-to-day activities may include hand mining , TBM operations, a variety of equipment operations, personnel supervision, and much more. Following precise project plans to dig trenches, and create tunnels while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Anticipate collaborating closely with site supervisors and other operators to coordinate operations and manage workflow. Problem-solving will be key as you navigate challenges that arise during projects.
