Position Summary

A Fishline Salesclerk works directly with customers in a high-volume, fast-paced seafood market, assisting with seafood selection, preparation, and order fulfillment. The role requires strong customer service skills, product knowledge, and the ability to handle fresh seafood safely and efficiently.

Joe Patti’s is known as a busy, large-scale seafood destination with extensive fresh inventory and constant customer flow, so clerks must be quick, attentive, and comfortable working on their feet all day.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service
  • Greet customers and take orders using a number-based service system
  • Recommend seafood items (fish, shrimp, crab, etc.) based on customer needs
