About Us
California Behavioral Treatment Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate professionals to join our team. We provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities across Los Angeles County and surrounding areas.
Position Summary
Behavior Interventionists deliver 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings. You will work directly with clients to build communication, social, and self-help skills while implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under clinical supervision.
Compensation & Benefits
โ€ข Pay Range: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour (based on experience and education).
โ€ข Mileage Reimbursement: Paid per mile.
โ€ข Drive Time Compensation: Paid for travel between client locations.
Responsibilities
โ€ข Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
โ€ข Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
โ€ข Collect and record data on client progress.
โ€ข Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.
โ€ข Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Qualifications
โ€ข High School Diploma (Required).
โ€ข Bachelor's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, or related field (Preferred).
โ€ข Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
โ€ข Must pass TB test.
โ€ข Must pass criminal background check and fingerprint clearance.
โ€ข Bilingual English/Spanish candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
