ISMIRA Agency actively recruiting for position WAITER for TUI Cruises! TUI River Cruises designed as boutique 'floating hotels' with a maximum of 155-190 guests, offering an intimate and relaxed atmosphere with a focus on immersive destination experiences. TUI Aria - adult only, modern & beautiful river ship, the largest in European fleet.

Waiter/ess is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests in dining rooms, bars, lounges and sundeck Conditions: One of the most reputable brands in European river cruising Seasonal work from spring to fall (8-10 months) Days off & vacation during contract Free food and shared accommodation Competitive salary packages Medical insurance provided during contract Beautiful European routes (you work and travel at the same time) Modern, well-maintained river ships Multinational team and positive working environment All uniforms provided — no deposit Safe workplace standards and great conditions Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver professional, courteous, and attentive service at designated workstations in accordance with company standards. Daily greeting guests, taking orders, serving meals and drinks, recommending menu items. Maintain thorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings to provide accurate guidance and recommendations to guests.

Serve food and beverages following established company procedures, ensuring quality and consistency. Report guest complaints promptly to supervisors and assist in resolving issues efficiently. Assist with inventories and collaborate with other ship departments to ensure a smooth dining experience for passengers.

Notify supervisors of any equipment or machinery damage and maintain accurate records. Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas, in compliance with HACCP regulations. Ensure proper and safe handling of all equipment and machinery.

Requirements: Age 18+ from EU and also all nationalities we work with Experience in Restaurant field Ship experience preferred No visible tattoos = no aggressive tattoos. For non-EU candidates, a German Visa D will be required. Safety certificates and US Visa are NOT needed.

Knowledge of English language (B2 level). Able to remain calm and effective under pressure. Comfortable working in multicultural environments.
