Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Make Customer Satisfaction number one
  • Identify guest's concerns and needs and effectively communicate to our technician team.
  • Review the Tuffy payment plans
  • Professionally review the Digital Courtesy Inspection (multi-point inspection) with our guests
  • Review work completed with the guest at bill-out
  • Review our nationwide warranties and our roadside assistance program

Qualifications
  • A positive, energetic attitude
  • Team player
  • Strong organizational and follow-thru skills
  • Demonstrate the desire to improve and advance personally and professionally
  • Two years of experience in an auto repair facility
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record
