Production Machine Operators - Fin Press, Press Brake & Copper Tube
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Company: Madden Industrial Craftsmen (Manufacturing Client)
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00/hour (DOE & Position)
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire (720 hours)
About the Company:
Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking reliable and skilled Production Machine Operators for a manufacturing client specializing in custom heat exchanger coils, fluid coolers, and air-cooled condensers .
Available Positions & Shifts:
Fin Press Operators (2 openings)
  • Shift: 1:30PM-10:00PM and 10:00PM-6:00AM
  • Pay: $19.00 - $23.00/hr
  • Operate fin press / stamping machines to form metal components

Press Brake Operator (1 opening)
  • Shift: 1:30PM-10:00PM and 10:00PM-6:00AM
  • Pay: $19.00 - $23.00/hr
  • Set up and operate CNC press brake machines (Amada, Toyokoki, etc.)

Copper Tube Machine Operators (2 openings)
  • Shift: 1:30PM-10:00PM and 10:00PM-6:00AM
  • Pay: $19.00 - $21.00/hr
  • Operate machines to cut, bend, and process copper tubing

Schedule Expectations (All Positions):
  • Monday - Saturday (based on production needs)
  • Mandatory overtime required
  • Must be open to 10-12 hour shifts
  • Weekend work may be required

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate assigned machinery (fin press, press brake, or copper tube machines)
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production documents
  • Measure and inspect parts using tape measure and inspection tools
  • Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
  • Make basic machine adjustments as needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Meet daily production goals while working independently or as part of a team

Qualifications:
  • Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
  • Press Brake role requires prior experience (1+ year preferred)
  • Ability to read a tape measure (testing required)
  • Blueprint reading experience preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
  • Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
