TTEC is seeking an exceptional Web UI Developer to join our small and talented global creative team. We are a consultancy and training division of TTEC that works with some of the world's leading brands in a variety of industries including financial services and healthcare.

What youll be doing:

  • Design and make technical decisions for React projects

  • Code and document with JavaScript, HTML and CSS

  • Implement complete and functional user interfaces in the form of a web or mobile app with the latest front end technologies

  • Perform product analysis and development tasks of increasingly complex nature which may require extensive research and analysis

  • Communicate with a wide range of internal and external clients

What you bring to the role:

  • Fluent written and spoken English

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience building applications with React (hooks, functional components, component lifecycle, state & props)

  • Experience with React ecosystem tools, such as:

    • React Router

    • Context API

    • Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or other state-management libraries

    • React Query / SWR for data fetching

  • Strong expertise with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design (Flexbox, Grid, mobile-first development)

  • Solid understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+) and DOM manipulation

  • Experience consuming and integrating RESTful APIs (GraphQL experience is a plus)

  • Familiarity with TypeScript or willingness to learn it

Front-End Tooling & Build Systems

  • Experience with modern build tools such as Vite, Webpack, Babel, or esbuild

  • Knowledge of package managers (npm)

  • Understanding of component libraries and UI frameworks (Material UI, Chakra UI, Ant Design, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap)

Testing & Quality

  • Experience with test runners and frameworks, such as:

    • Jest

    • React Testing Library

    • Cypress or Playwright for end-to-end testing

  • Understanding of code quality tools (ESLint, Prettier)

DevOps & Deployment

  • Basic to advanced DevOps knowledgeAzure, AWS, or similar cloud platforms

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)

Version Control & Collaboration

  • Strong experience with Git (GitHub, GitLab)

  • Repository management, branching strategies, pull requests, and issue/ticket management (Jira, Azure Boards, etc.)

Backend & Database Awareness

  • Familiarity with MySQL administration tools (e.g., phpMyAdmin)

  • Basic understanding of backend concepts (Node.js, Express, or similar)

Additional Plus Skills

  • Knowledge of web accessibility (WCAG) and best practices

  • Understanding of performance optimization for React apps

  • Experience with containerization (Docker)

  • BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required)
