EXECUTION BROKER - LISTED DERIVATIVES - NEW YORK

Kepler Cheuvreux

Manhattan, NY • On-site

Full-time

Posted 9 days ago

Job description

Function : Execution Broker - Listed Derivatives (Institutional Flow)
Department : KCA
Compensation: Between USD 150'000 and 225'000 per year
New York | Build a Platform | True Order Ownership
This is a rare opportunity to build and shape the U.S. listed derivatives execution platform for an established global financial institution expanding its footprint in New York.
The role sits at the heart of institutional order flow, with real ownership of execution across time zones - bridging European liquidity with U.S. markets and directly influencing how orders are handled, routed, and executed.
You will be part of a fully integrated transatlantic derivatives team, working in continuous coordination with colleagues in New York and Europe. This is a collaborative platform - not a silo - with constant communication, shared coverage, and unified execution standards across regions.
If you want a seat where execution still means judgment, responsibility, and impact - not just button-pushing - this is it.
What you'll be doing
You will sit at the center of institutional derivatives flow, responsible for:
  • Execution Ownership

Handling complex listed options and futures orders for institutional clients
Ensuring best execution, liquidity access, and efficient order routing
Applying deep market microstructure expertise to execution strategy
  • Transatlantic Flow Management

Managing the handover of European order flow into U.S. markets
Acting as a key coordination point between global desks
  • Platform Development

Helping build and refine the U.S. execution framework
Shaping execution workflows, processes, and client coverage model
  • Institutional Interaction

Working closely with institutional clients and internal stakeholders
Supporting the expansion of the firm's derivatives execution presence in the U.S.
What we're looking for
Experience :
  • 5+ years in listed derivatives execution
  • Strong expertise in equity options and futures markets
  • Proven institutional order handling experience

Technical Strength
  • Deep understanding of market microstructure and execution strategies
  • Strong familiarity with execution platforms (TT, CME, Fidessa, Itiviti, etc.)
  • Series 7, 63, and 3 licenses required

Personal Profile
  • Calm under pressure in fast-moving markets
  • Highly collaborative and globally minded
  • Execution-driven mindset with strong ownership mentality

About the platform
You'll join a global financial services firm with an established international presence and a strong institutional client base across major financial centers worldwide.
The New York derivatives platform is entering a key growth phase - making this a high-impact, early-stage role with strong long-term career upside.
The bottom line
This role is ideal for an execution professional who wants:
  • Real order ownership
  • Strategic visibility
  • Platform-building experience
  • Cross-border institutional flow exposure

Not just another seat on a trading floor.
