The Role
Responsible for the operation of all nuclear power-generating equipment, including the nuclear reactor(s), refueling equipment, reactor plant support operations such as fuel handling, radioactive waste disposal, electrical breaker connections to the systems, main turbines, generators, and associated auxiliary equipment. Prepares and reviews engineering plans, analyses, and investigations, monitors reactor plant testing, investigates and resolves testing problems.
This requisition is for the Nuclear Work Control ACTE position on the CVN 75 RCOH project.
Must Have
Shift Test Engineer (STE) or Inactivation Test Engineer (ITE) Certification and 6 years of relevant professional/exempt experience.
