Job Description
Cape Fox subsidiary, Kwaan Tech, LLC, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Senior TSSC Analyst to join our team in support of a government customer. This role will Provide Technical Security and Signals Countermeasures analysis to anticipate, detect, identify, and mitigate technical-security vulnerabilities. This position is contingent upon award.
The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position has been established at: $185,000 - $220,000.
The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. In addition, we offer a variety of benefits including company holidays, paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, as well as 401K with company match. This job will be posted until filled or withdrawn.
Key duties:
  • Analyze technical-security data from TSCM surveys and IPMS operations; evaluate RF signals of interest and threat potential.
  • Prepare technical risk-assessment products, reports, and briefings; support TEMPEST countermeasure reviews.
  • Assess physical security controls and evaluate technical-security controls against NIST SP 800-53 and ICD 503; deliver quarterly and annual assessments.
  • Support the TSSC Technician OJT program.

Job Requirements
  • Clearance: Top Secret with SCI Eligibility and CI Polygraph
  • 7+ years in technical security, signals analysis, data analysis, or related fields.
  • Meet DODD 8140.01 network-access training requirements; 40 hours annual training.
  • Experience with intelligence analysis and the intelligence lifecycle.
