Job Description We are seeking a Financial Analyst II to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cash application, bank statement reconciliation, and cross-functional coordination and a proven ability to apply and post cash accurately and timely while supporting audit, VAT reporting, and billing inquiries. Responsibilities: Interpret and analyze daily Domestic/Canada bank statement and lockbox information for all divisions under Revenue Cycle. Prepare and reconcile internal cash logs to daily bank statement and lockbox information. Serve as the point of contact for internal groups regarding daily domestic and Canada banking receipt information. Determine and execute cash applications in PRISM, SAP, and SMART based on banking data and aging. Ensure timely application and posting of all cash receipts to customer accounts. Prepare journal entries related to cash applications on a timely basis. Prepare invoices, gather data, reports, and back-up for weekly VAT reporting requirements. Provide data, reports, invoices, and back-up for ad hoc audit and other requests from various groups. Assist internal teams with invoicing and billing system inquiries, including requests for special information on invoices. Collaborate daily with internal groups to expedite the cash application process. Handle additional ad hoc requests as assigned. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. 2 years of recent cash application experience, preferably within a studio or entertainment company. Experience reconciling bank statements and lockbox activity. Familiarity with PRISM, SAP, or SMART billing systems. Preferred Skills: High attention to detail and organized work style.
