Job description

Tarkett has a great opportunity for a Territory Sales Representative.

We are looking for a Territory Sales Representative to join our talented team. This role will develop new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales of the organization's products and/or services. The TSR will become familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures and will rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The TSR will perform a variety of complicated tasks, may direct and lead the work of others, and typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. A successful Territory Sales Representative will have a wide degree of creativity and latitude.

Your skills we value:

  • Ability to identify sales trends and develop business insights

  • Experience in a multi-channel position, managing distribution and direct sales responsibility preferred

  • Work closely with Regional Business Manager and Distribution to achieve annual/quarterly sales budgets, market share, gross margin and key account growth targets

Experience & Education Desired:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or other related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

  • 4+ years sales experience preferred

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Overnight travel is required (up to 75%)
